There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for these qualifications; however, candidates may find it beneficial if they have already achieved a Level 1 qualification. Good numeracy and literacy skills are also advantageous.
This course will help to raise awareness of discrimination, prejudice, stereotyping, and individual freedoms and rights. In doing so, it will promote learners’ understanding of what it means to live in a diverse society and the laws that are in place to prevent unjust behaviour. This will be beneficial not only to the learners themselves but also to their employers and the wider society. The course comprises three mandatory units arranged into two modules:
