Level 2 Plumbing
Previous school: home schooled
I chose this course as I want to follow in the family trade. I’ve had work experience with my father, so I knew that plumbing was an area I’d like to work in. This is a very enjoyable course, covering lots of skills, as well as giving you the opportunity to work with new materials. After this course I plan to go on to an Apprenticeship.
Level 3 Plumbing Apprenticeship
Previous school: Bishop's Castle Community College
I chose this course as I want to follow in the family trade. I’ve had work experience with my father, so I knew that plumbing was an area I’d like to work in. I wanted to do something hands-on when I was older and not to be stuck in an office – I didn’t enjoy A Levels. I have enjoyed learning more in-depth techniques on Plumbing Level 3 as it helps you understand the practical and put it all together. You also gain the confidence to complete more jobs. I am currently working with SG Roberts and will keep that going whilst I do my Level 3 Gas next year. Eventually I think I would like to go into teaching and do the same things that the staff at SCG have done for me.
See how an apprentice can help your business.
