Erica Coppinger, Salon Manager

I have 10 years’ experience in the industry and have been the Salon manager at Evolve for three years now. After travelling the world as a skin care trainer I wanted to put my experience into practice, so here I am!
It has been a wonderful journey so far and I have loved watching our client base continue to grow. I now specialise in Brows, lashes and nails and love keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Leah Heathfield, Hair Stylist & Beauty Therapist

I am a Level 2 qualified hairdresser and beauty therapist. I studied this qualification at Shrewsbury College, as a full-time student and really enjoyed the experience as I got to work with real clients and put my professional side to the test! I am glad to be a part of the team and I am ready to further my career with the Level 3 hairdressing course, hopefully becoming a senior stylist. I enjoy both hair and beauty and am delighted I am offering treatments and services in both areas.

Debbie Drury, Hair Stylist

I have been a Level 3 qualified Hairstylist for 19 years. I also have my work based assessor qualification. I have previously worked in three town centre salons where I have provided a full range of hairdressing services. My favourite area of hairdressing is seeing the full transformation you get from colouring and restyling someone’s hair, It can really boost a person’s confidence. I also love working with the students and watching them transform into confident stylists.

Laura Humphreys, Beauty Therapist

After qualifying at the College in Level 2 Beauty Therapies in 2012 and Level 3 Complementary Therapies in 2013, I went on to work in a local salon for many years. Over my seven years in the industry I have gained extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience which has led me to specialise in Body Massage, Hopi Ear Candling and Reflexology. There is nothing I love more than to make sure my clients feel welcome and at ease, ensuring they always leave Evolve on cloud nine.

Laura Rogers

I began my journey in hairdressing 18 years ago and I am very passionate about it, especially being able to make my clients feel confident about themselves and their hair. I am a qualified assessor, and am also qualified in teaching further education, where I can see the students’ progression. Being an assessor gives me the opportunity to watch my apprentices learn the skills and techniques needed to become experienced hairdressers. In the future I want to study beauty therapy and put my skills to the test.
