You will support the end-to-end recruitment process, learning how to attract, screen, and place candidates into suitable roles. You will develop skills in candidate sourcing, client relationship management, and administrative tasks such as writing job adverts and updating systems.

• What will the apprentice be doing?

  Each day will provide opportunities to learn and develop within a fast-paced recruitment environment. You'll be guided by experienced consultants while building your confidence in both candidate and client communications.

  Typical daily activities include:

  • Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and calling candidates to assess suitability.
  • Supporting consultants with interview coordination, compliance checks, and database updates.
  • Attending team meetings, participating in training sessions, and learning how to build strong client and candidate relationships.
• Training and Qualification

  You will attend Shrewsbury Colleges Group, London Rd Campus, one day per week for your taught input with the remainder of the working week based in the workplace.
