Joining the session
The webinar will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and you can access it, without requiring an account, via any MSE enabled web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox. Safari does not fully support this software but will do soon.
At 6.00pm please follow the link below on your desktop. If you have a Teams account already you will be joining the webinar via that. If you don't have an account then when prompted choose the "watch on the web instead" option, and under Sign In choose "join anonymously". Whichever route you use, any login data you submit to join the main presentation will not be visible to anyone other than webinar presenters. You can also join the webinar via your mobile device, but you need to open the link and then in settings use View As Desktop Site unless you have the Microsoft Teams app installed. Please make sure your device sound is turned on.
Asking questions during the main session
Once you are in the webinar, you will see a Q&A area on the right of your screen. Any questions you submit will come through to our teams privately and we will answer them publicly at the end of the session. If you would prefer your question was not made public just let us know in your message.

Afterwards the main presentation will be available to watch on-demand via the link above, so don't worry if you miss anything.
Joining the subject sessions
At the end of the main presentation we will provide links to the breakout sessions. Please note these will take you from the initial webinar where you are a viewer into a Teams Meeting where you are an attendee. At that point your screen username will become visible to all in the meeting as well as your audio and video but you will have the option to turn off your camera and microphone before you enter the session.
