Event registrations

When you register for one of our events online we will ask you to complete some basic information including your name, contact details, subjects you and the level are interested in studying at and school/college currently attending. Some of our events may be booked through the third party websites who have their own privacy policies, such as Eventbrite (see policy) and Survey Monkey (see policy).

This data is collected to ensure we can provide you with an effective event with relevant advice and information that you may need to study with us. This data will be held for a maximum of three years. In the case of Eventbrite, we will be able to access the details you provided via the Eventbrite website, although we will not email you about future events unless you have given us permission to do so. (You can also delete your details via your Eventbrite account.)

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a third party service, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Google Analytics also collects search terms used on our website and processes them anonymously to help improve our website and search functionality.

Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity.
