Who is it for?
This course is for those beginners or novices who are interested in fine art printmaking. This course will introduce you to the processes and techniques you will need to create wonderful prints.
You will learn to use monoprint, woodcut, dry point etching, blind emboss and stencilling processes. After this course you will leave with a range of processes that you may apply to your own work or develop a specialised portfolio that shows off your print creativeness to family and friends.

There are no formal entry requirements, just an interest in learning more about traditional printing.

What does the course involve?
During the course you will use the professional art studios to compile a portfolio of techniques which evidence the unique processes of traditional hand rendered print. Giving you the confidence to develop these skills to help you improve your printing and create eye-catching images.

Due to the nature of the course, there will be no official assessment but there will be time and scope to support and encourage everyone.
