  • Who is it for?

    This is a varied programme and provides a nationally recognised qualification designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required for success in Level 2 beauty specialist diploma. You will progress to a Level 3 general or complementary therapy route and this course will give you the experience to seek employment.
  • Entry Requirements

    You will have a keen interest in beauty therapy.
  • What does the course involve?

    The course will include a mixture of theory and practical skills. The knowledge acquired by the learner will enable them to understand the application of beauty treatments, client consultation, reception duties, anatomy and physiology and optional units. The units will be assessed by observation in a working salon environment and in an assignment form or an on line test. Manicure, pedicure, waxing, skincare, make-up, eye treatments, Health & Safety, Retail.

    This is a very intense course with a high expectation for students to study at home and practise the practical elements between sessions.

  • How much does it cost?

    It is an expectation of professional practice to wear a uniform whilst in salon sessions. It is advisable to purchase a kit to allow you to practise skills out of College. Order forms are available at enrolment. Textbooks Enhancement workshops/seminars.
  • Additional Notes

    You will gain a VTCT Level 2 beauty specialist diploma qualification. You will have the opportunity to attend in-house workshops and training seminars to enhance your programme of study.
