Who is it for?
Do you want to bake bread like the professionals? We will help you to bake the best homemade bread in the business. If you’ve ever wished you could make your own bread, this is the course for you. Bake your way to success as you learn all about ingredients, kneading, proofing and shaping. -
Entry Requirements
It’s just for fun, but enthusiasm and a willingness to try new techniques is needed. No formal qualifications are required. -
What does the course involve?
This course will give you the basic skills and knowledge to help you understand the importance of the mixing, proving, shaping and cooking techniques for making fine artisan bread. -
How is the course assessed?
There is no formal assessment but your chef will be on hand to offer advice and guidance throughout the sessions. -
How much does it cost?
The cost of this course includes all required ingredients. -

Please bring an apron with you (all other equipment is provided). -
What do I do next?
You are able to enrol at the College in person or by phone on 01743 342333 between 9.00am-5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm on Friday. You can also enrol and chat to staff at our advice / enrolment events which happen throughout the year or use our Live Chat facility.
