  • Who is it for?

    This course opens a range of opportunities to develop existing patisserie skills for use at home.
  • Entry Requirements

    No formal qualifications are required, however an interest in the subject would be beneficial.
  • What does the course involve?

    In a practical environment you will learn how to produce and present a range of general patisserie items suitable for desserts, bakery sales and products to impress your friends and family.
  • How is the course assessed?

    The course will be delivered and assessed by our chef lecturer.
  • What do I do next?

    You are able to enrol at the College in person or by phone on 01743 342333 between 9.00am-5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am-4.30pm on Friday. You can also enrol and chat to staff at our advice / enrolment events which happen throughout the year or use our Live Chat facility.
