Lesley Adams, Management, Customer Service & Administration Assessor
Lesley has a strong background in Heritage and Third Sector Management. Starting her career working part time with the National Trust, she worked her way up to Area Manager. She moved into a national training role for the Trust before joining an external training organisation. In 2005 she returned to her much loved industry, with the Ironbridge Gorge Museums Trust, as Head of Retail Development and Buyer. She's passionate about ethical and motivational management practice and has significant experience in corporate branding and delivering outstanding customer service standards.

Laura has over 15 years of experience in Administration and Management, with the majority of her career being spent within the education and training sector. Prior to joining Shrewsbury Colleges Group, she was successful within numerous areas of office and contract management and feels that her experience within the sector helps motivate and support her students.
