  • How much does it cost?

    The courses are all free unless you already hold a grade 4/C or above for Maths GCSE.

  • Who is it for?

    This course is for adult learners wishing to develop their numeracy and maths skills to gain a recognised qualification(s).

  • Entry Requirements

    There are no formal entry requirements.

  • What does the course involve?

    The course(s) provide the opportunity for you to develop your numeracy/maths skills at your own pace with expert teaching and support.  Topics covered include:

    • Number, place value, addition and subtraction
    • Multiplication and division
    • Fractions, decimals and percentages
    • Properties of shapes
    • Measurement
    • Ratio and proportion
    • Statistics
    • Probability
  • How is the course assessed?

    Each level is assessed by a formal exam that can be taken when you are ready.  Exams can be paperbased or online and are on demand.

  • Additional Notes

    On completion of Level 2 and in some cases Level 1 students can progress onto GCSE Mathematics.
