We specialise in Construction

Relationships are important to us, and there’s nothing more rewarding than receiving a call from one of our ex-apprentices who is now ready to recruit an apprentice of their own. Whether you need an apprentice or some upskilling for your existing workforce, we have a long-standing tradition of delivering training to your industry.

Recognising employers are at the heart of the system, we ensure we stay relevant by being part of the various employer networks, including being a committee member of  Shropshire Constructing Excellence, a member of the Shropshire Construction Training Group, a member of the Constructing Excellence West Midlands ‘Skills First’ group, retain close working links with the CITB, and consult with our Employer Construction Skills Advisory Panel who meet regularly with us to discuss your industry’s training needs.

So, whether you are looking for a quick fix to address a problem or a more involved development programme, we offer a wide range of options, including:

Apprenticeships
