Who is it for?
This course is for anyone wanting to further a career in beauty therapy or wanting to upskill in skin care and facial massage techniques. After this course, you could work in a salon, be self-employed or maybe complete other beauty therapy courses.

Entry Requirements
A passion for beauty therapy/ good communication skills and a willingness to receive facial treatments and practice techniques with peers.

What does the course involve?
As part of this course, you will learn relevant health and safety, client care and communication, anatomy and physiology, skincare, and facial massage skills.

How is the course assessed?
The work will be assessed continually through a variety of formative and summative assessments on peers and clients with constructive feedback throughout the course allowing you to build confidence and skill. You will also be required to build a portfolio of evidence to show competence. There is also a written assignment and an exam to complete.

How much does it cost?
A kit and uniform costing £40 plus postage is required for this course.

Continual at-home practice will be required.
