November GCSE resit results will be released on Thursday 11 January 2024 and we will be using two methods to communicate these to students.
Please note that the results are available from 8am on Thursday 11 January.
The college will email student results to their college email address on Thursday 17 August from 8am. Please ensure that they have access to their college email.
If students no longer have access to their college email address, then please visit the Student Area of this website to regain access.
MySCG
In addition, we will be informing students of their exam results via the MySCG app. The results will be their result only and will not be visible to anyone else. The results will be available from 8am on Thursday 11 January.
If students don’t have the app on their phone, then they can access their account remotely or come to the Welsh Bridge campus and access the results via the MySCG platform on any of the college’s networked computers by logging into their account.
Accessing your results on MySCG
Exam results will be available within the MySCG app. Please follow the instructions as below:
- Log into MySCG via phone app or college computer
- Look for the My Info tile and click into it
- Look for the option for exam results and click into this
- Your exam results will be visible here
Students overseas on Thursday 17 August
Please note that due to network security protocols, students will NOT be able to access their results from overseas using the methods detailed above.
Any students who will be overseas on Thursday 17 August will need to complete this form and we will email their results to a personal email address.
Please complete the form by 4pm (UK time) on Wednesday 16 August

Post result options
After students receive their results, it may be appropriate to request a remark or to see their exam paper. This is a ‘Post Result Service’ and many of the services are very time-critical and carry a cost which can now be paid online.

Confirmation of your address
At the end of November, we will be sending out student’s certificates to them and we wanted to check that the address that we hold for the student is correct. If you have moved house during their time at college, then please inform us by Wednesday 25 November of their new address.
